I started CrossFit back in 2013. Having come from a competitive soccer background CrossFit was a great way for me to keep active in college. This kickstarted my journey in becoming a CrossFit coach and personal trainer which I’ve been doing for over 7 years now.
I am passionate about helping people lead a healthy life by teaching functional movements that translate over to everyday life. I have worked with people of all ages including athletes, the weekend warrior parent, and grandparents looking to make daily living easier.
Apart from working in the gym, I spent 2 years in a physical therapy clinic which has given me a strong background in corrective exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
When I’m not at the gym I enjoy hiking, backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, playing and watching soccer, and reading.
